Annual Ticket Holders

Thank you for becoming an Annual Ticket Holder with Trentham.

Your ticket will entitle you to 12 months access into the Gardens, Lake and Adventure Play, but will also entitle you to many other discounts and offers throughout the site. 

You can now also gain access to the Gardens, Lake and Adventure Play from the new southern entrance by the Lakeside Café.

Opening Times & Dates:

Northern Entrance:

November 1^st – March 31^st 2010:               

Day tickets – 9.00am – 4.00pm

Annual Ticket Holders – 9.00am – 4.00pm

Southern Entrance:

November 1^st – March 31^st 2010:               

Day tickets – 9.00

Trentham Fern, Miss Elizabeth & Rowing Boats:

Wednesdays and Fridays, all weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays from:

27^th March – 31^st October, and 19^th – 23^rd July 2010.

27^th March – 27^th June: 12.00pm – 5.30pm

27^th June – 5^th September: 11.00am – 6.30pm

11^th September – 31^st October: 12.00pm – 5.30pm

£2.00 per person for a single trip

Trentham Fern Train:

Thursdays, all weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays from:

27^th March – 31^st October, and 19^th – 23^rd July 2010.

27^th March – 31^st October: 12.00pm – 5.15pm

 £2.00 per person for a return trip

Rowing Boats:

Rowing boats will be available to hire every Sunday and Summer School Holidays from 6^th June – 5^th September.

£7.00 per hire

*Please note: All outdoor pursuits are weather dependant and may be removed from use at any time.

Annual Ticket Holder Benefits: 

Trentham offer your accompanying family & friends a 20% discount off day tickets when visiting the Gardens, Lake and Adventure Play. This offer is valid upon presentation of a valid Annual Ticket.

Annual Ticket Holders are offered a 10% discount on selected items with participating retail outlets in the Shopping Village. These outlets will display a discount sticker in the show window. For a list of participating shops please click here.

You are also offered a 25% discount at Frankie and Benny’s from Monday to Friday upon production of a valid Annual Ticket.

Aerial Extreme offers all Annual Ticket Holders a 10% discount when visiting on production of a valid Annual Ticket.

Visitors are reminded that for technical, operational and/or meteorological reasons some facilities may be removed, closed or entertainment cancelled or altered at any time.

All discounts are only offered to those named individuals holding a valid Annual Ticket for the Gardens, Lake and Adventure Play. It does not apply to accompanying non-annual ticket members.

Terms and Conditions…

Trentham Leisure is delighted that you wish to enjoy the Gardens, Lake and adventure playground.

We ask all visitors to help maintain the environment and ecology. We do reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove from the estate those persons whose behaviour is inappropriate.

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Annual Ticket holders may be asked for additional proof of identity at any time. Ticket misuse will be monitored. Tickets will be withdrawn if found to be misused. Anyone found gaining access from unauthorised areas could result in their tickets being blocked and entry refused.
 

PLEASE TAKE CARE: If your tickets are lost or stolen a £5.00 charge per re-issued annual ticket will apply.

Your ticket will allow you entry through the Gardens Entrance and Lakeside Café entrance only, any day of the week (Excluding certain special event days, Christmas day and out of opening hours).

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

For a trial period dogs will be permitted into all areas, except the Garden Room restaurant, Lakeside Café, adventure play areas, barefoot walk and maze subject to them being kept on a short lead and under strict control at times. Please note: Dog waste bins are situated for use around the site.

Toddler’s cycles and scooters only permitted in the Gardens & Lake area.

As the estate develops further we will reserve the right to vary prices and to withdraw access to any areas or activities without notice.
