Our rules:
All tickets are non-transferable. Annual ticket holders may be asked for proof of identity prior to admission at any time.
No dogs are allowed in the Gardens & Adventure Play, with the exception of Guide Dogs and other registered support dogs. All dogs must be kept on a lead in the rest of the Estate at all times.
Cycling is not permitted on any part of the Estate, excepting for children under 10 and at walking pace only. Cycling is not permitted in the Italian Gardens.
We reserve the right to vary prices and to withdraw access to any part of the Estate without notice.
During your visit we ask that you respect the Estate and help us to maintain the environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission and remove from the Estate any visitors whose actions, in our opinion, contravene this and affect the enjoyment of our other visitors.
All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
